Job summary

Melodica in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Commercial and Product Marketing lead to expand the musical instruments business across the UAE. You will drive partnerships, direct and indirect sales, and activations with schools, malls and corporates to generate measurable revenue.

You will plan campaigns, work with retail and ecommerce teams, and manage budgets to optimize lead generation, conversions and product visibility.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in product marketing, business development, retail sales, partnerships or similar commercial roles.
• Proven track record of growing product sales via partnerships, activations or retail initiatives.
• Experience with musical instruments, consumer electronics, premium retail, lifestyle products, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly and annual product marketing and business development plans aligned with instrument sales goals.
• Identify customer segments, institutional buyers and new commercial opportunities; build and progress a qualified partnership and sales pipeline.
• Secure relationships with schools, universities, malls, corporates, hotels and communities that generate product sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute instrument demonstrations, workshops, pop-ups, exhibitions and seasonal promotions with clear commercial objectives.
• Work with retail, marketing and ecommerce teams on product positioning, campaign messaging, in-store visibility and follow-up of generated leads.
• Coordinate campaign and activation delivery, negotiating partner terms and managing agreed budgets and resources.
• Track revenue, lead quality, conversion, footfall and activation return; adjust activity based on results and commercial value.
• Monitor competitors and customer needs; recommend relevant product, category and market opportunities.
