Melodica is expanding its musical instruments business across the UAE. The role focuses on marketing, business development and retail partnerships to drive inquiries, conversions and revenue.

You will build plans, identify opportunities, and secure relationships with schools, malls, hotels and corporates while coordinating campaigns with retail and ecommerce teams. Travel across the UAE is expected for activations and demonstrations.

Formación

• Eight+ years of product marketing, business development, retail sales, partnerships or related roles.
• Proven track record in growing product sales via activations, partnerships or retail initiatives.
• Experience with music/instruments, consumer electronics, premium retail or lifestyle products is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quarterly and annual product marketing and business development plans aligned with instrument sales goals.
• Identify customer segments, institutional buyers, and new commercial opportunities; build a sales pipeline.
• Secure relationships with schools, universities, malls, corporates, hotels and communities that generate sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute instrument demonstrations, workshops, pop-ups, exhibitions and seasonal promotions with commercial objectives.
• Coordinate campaigns with retail, marketing and ecommerce teams on positioning, messaging, in-store visibility and lead follow-up.
• Negotiate partner terms and manage budgets and resources for campaigns and activations.
• Track revenue, lead quality, conversion, footfall and activation ROI; adjust activity based on results.
• Monitor competitors and customer needs; recommend product, category and market opportunities.
