Job summary

Melodica Music and Dance Academy is expanding its instrument business across the UAE. The role focuses on product marketing, business development and partnerships to drive B2C, B2B and institutional sales opportunities.

You will plan and execute campaigns, demonstrations and promotions, while coordinating with retail and ecommerce teams to maximize conversions and revenue. A strong track record in instrument-related markets and a UAE driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in product marketing, business development or related commercial roles.
• Proven ability to grow product sales through partnerships, activations or retail initiatives.
• Experience in musical instruments, consumer electronics, premium retail or lifestyle products preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence, own car and willingness to travel across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly and annual product marketing and business development plans aligned with instrument sales goals.
• Identify customer segments and institutional buyers; build a sales pipeline through partnerships.
• Secure relationships with schools, malls, corporates and hotels to generate sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute demonstrations, workshops, pop-ups and seasonal promotions with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with retail, marketing and ecommerce teams on product positioning and lead follow-up.
• Coordinate campaigns, negotiate partner terms and manage budgets and resources.
• Track revenue, lead quality and activation return; adjust activities based on results.
