Product Manager - Trucks Portfolio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is an automotive opportunity for a commercially focused product professional with strong experience in light duty and heavy duty truck segments, fleet business, tender support, pricing strategy, product positioning, and B2B commercial vehicle operations. This role is ideal for a strategic product manager who can align OEM requirements, customer applications, UAE regulations, sales forecasts, and profitability targets to grow the truck portfolio across fleet, logistics, construction, and government business channels. Salary: 22,000–35,000 AED per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategy for light duty and heavy duty trucks across fleet, logistics, construction, government, and commercial customer segments.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product launch, market positioning, upgrades, variant planning, and phase‑out activities.
  • Define truck specifications that align with customer applications, UAE regulations, operating conditions, payload requirements, and segment demand.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor product movements, pricing benchmarks, customer expectations, and fleet buying behavior across truck categories.
  • Drive volume, revenue, gross margin, and profitability performance across the light duty and heavy duty truck portfolio.
  • Build pricing strategies that support market competitiveness while protecting commercial objectives and margin targets.
  • Maintain an optimal product mix across truck models, variants, applications, and customer segments to maximize sales performance.
  • Support business cases for new models, truck configurations, body applications, model upgrades, and product expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the product subject‑matter expert for fleet customers, government buyers, key accounts, and internal sales teams.
  • Lead technical and commercial input for tenders, ensuring specifications, compliance details, and product information are accurate and complete.
  • Support major fleet deals and strategic B2B opportunities in coordination with sales, key account, and commercial teams.
  • Respond to customer product requirements by coordinating technical clarifications, configuration options, pricing inputs, and availability updates.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, after‑sales, marketing, finance, and OEM partners to keep product plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Align product availability with sales forecasts, customer pipeline, tender schedules, and expected demand across commercial vehicle segments.
  • Support product launches, customer demonstrations, sales campaigns, training activities, and market communication for truck products.
  • Track product performance, uptime feedback, after‑sales concerns, customer satisfaction, and recurring technical issues.
  • Collect feedback from customers, field teams, sales teams, and after‑sales teams to improve product offering and segment relevance.
  • Coordinate with OEMs to resolve product‑related matters, improve specification suitability, and support continuous portfolio improvement.
Ideal Profile
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial vehicles, with exposure to both light duty and heavy duty trucks.
  • Background in product management, sales engineering, key account management, commercial vehicle sales, or fleet solutions.
  • Strong understanding of truck specifications, applications, body types, payload requirements, fleet usage patterns, and UAE regulatory expectations.
  • Proven experience working with fleet customers, tenders, B2B operations, government projects, or large commercial vehicle accounts in the UAE.
  • Commercially strong with the ability to manage pricing, margins, product mix, revenue targets, and market competitiveness.
  • Good understanding of fleet operations, logistics requirements, construction sector vehicle demand, and commercial customer decision‑making.
  • Able to translate customer needs into practical product specifications, model recommendations, and business case inputs.
  • Experience working with OEMs, managing multiple product lines, or coordinating product launches is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in using market data, sales performance, pricing trends, and customer feedback for decision‑making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across sales, after‑sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills for tender support, customer presentations, internal product guidance, and OEM discussions.
