Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Medical Degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience within the orthopaedics (Joints replacement) industry.
• Strong understanding of Orthopaedics procedures and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer visits, conferences, and field support.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Product Development & Launch: Lead cross-functional teams through product development phases and launch strategies.
• Commercial Support: Support sales teams with product knowledge, positioning and differentiation.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure regulatory compliance and post-market surveillance activities.
