• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer visits, conferences, and field support.

Purpose

The Joints and MITEK Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction development and lifecycle management of the Joints and MITEK product portfolio within the orthopedics division This role combines market intelligence clinical insight and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation growth and customer satisfaction

You Will Be Responsible For

• Portfolio Strategy amp Planning Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs Define and manage the Joints and MITEK product roadmap including new product development and lifecycle management
• Market amp Customer Insights Conduct market research competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and unmet needs Collaborate with key opinion leaders KOLs surgeons and healthcare professionals to validate product concepts and positioning
• Product Development amp Launch Lead cross-functional teams Regulatory Clinical Sales through product development phases Drive successful product launches including training marketing collateral and go-to-market strategies
• Commercial Support Support sales teams with product knowledge positioning and competitive differentiation Monitor product performance and implement strategies to optimize sales and market share
• Compliance amp Quality Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards Collaborate with regulatory and clinical teams to support submissions and post-market surveillance
