Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise Data Management to own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, platforms and processing solutions, aligning the product vision with the enterprise data strategy and governance priorities.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects and business stakeholders to translate objectives into a deliverable roadmap, lead PI planning, dashboards and demos, and ensure scalable, secure data capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager for enterprise data management or related software products.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, data architecture or enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise data management, data platform and data processing products.
• Collaborate with business, data, analytics and technology stakeholders to develop strategy and communicate the roadmap.
• Define and maintain non-functional requirements with architects and engineers to ensure quality, security and performance.
• Support backlog flow through portfolio Kanban and PI Planning; reprioritize as needed.
• Lead system demos, reviews and stakeholder alignment for critical capabilities.
