Job summary

Westay in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own customer platforms, including CRM, CMS, loyalty, and personalization. You will shape the roadmap, drive build-vs-buy decisions and align engineering with business goals across the travel luxury domain.

You will collaborate to automate workflows, improve data quality, and enable offline luxury sales with integrated online/offline views. Strong analytics and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years in product management or technical product ownership for software or business systems.
• Solid grounding in APIs, integrations, data models and cloud platforms.
• Genuine interest in solving operational problems with workflow automation and RPA.
• Experience using metrics and data analytics to measure product performance and drive adoption.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum or Kanban) using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for CRM, CMS, loyalty, customer data and personalisation platforms and related systems.
• Lead requirement gathering, vendor evaluation and build-versus-buy decisions for platform choices.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications for engineers.
• Design how systems connect and work together so data flows cleanly in the customer journey.
• Spot and solve day-to-day operational problems with cross-functional teams.
• Identify, design and deliver workflow automation and RPA to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Support offline luxury sales workflows with unified online/offline visibility.
• Define KPIs, use data to understand customer behaviour and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and product to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Run sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives with the Scrum Master and development team.
