Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead hardware and integrated solutions, driving lifecycle management and collaboration with OEM/ODM partners. You will translate market needs into robust specifications while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful product launches.

The role requires an engineering background with strong technical, commercial, and project management skills, and experience with hardware products and identity management

• Analyze market trends, competitors and feedback to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales and Business teams to support launches and performance.

WE’RE HIRING | TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER – HARDWARE & INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS

Do you combine engineering expertise, product management experience, and strong commercial judgement?

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of physical products and integrated hardware solutions, working closely with internal teams, OEM/ODM manufacturers, suppliers, partners, and customers.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept and development through launch, ongoing improvement, and end-of-life.
• Translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers on product development and delivery.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
• Work with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Business teams to support successful launches and commercial performance.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and technical and commercial priorities.

What we’re looking for:

An engineering degree and a strong technical foundation.

Proven product development and management experience with physical products, hardware, or integrated solutions.

Hands-on experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers.

Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Experience in the Identity Management industry is preferred.

This position focuses on hardware product development and lifecycle management. Candidates whose experience is exclusively in software Product Management or Product Ownership will not align with the requirement.
