ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead hardware and integrated solutions, driving lifecycle management and collaboration with OEM/ODM partners. You will translate market needs into robust specifications while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful product launches.

The role requires an engineering background with strong technical, commercial, and project management skills, and experience with hardware products and identity management

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and strong technical foundation.
• Proven experience with physical products, hardware, or integrated solutions.
• Hands-on experience with OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life for hardware products and integrated solutions.
• Translate Market and customer needs into clear requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers on development and delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitors and feedback to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sales and Business teams to support launches and performance.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and priorities across technical and commercial domains.
