Job summary

Mindware in Dubai is seeking a Product Manager to drive sales of assigned products through a well-defined strategy and strong partnerships with vendors. You will optimize sales volumes, maintain vendor relations, and coordinate marketing programs across Solution Teams.

The role requires 5-7 years in IT/software, with hands-on experience in IBM software offerings and familiarity with Middle East markets. You will manage Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait while excluding the UAE.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT/software industry with a focus on sales and product strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relations and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience conducting market research and visiting customers to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned product line.
  • Manage the full product life cycle from strategic to tactical activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers across territories to optimize channels.
  • Derive market requirements through research and customer visits.
  • Lead vendor relations in line with company strategy and identify partners.
  • Provide and manage complex quotations for customers and partners.
  • Ensure stock management and accurate inventory control.
  • Oversee targeted marketing programs and activities.
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market reports.
  • Maintain high engagement with partners and provide resources to meet customer needs.
  • Build and expand the customer base and drive long-term revenue.
