• Assist in surgeries by addressing equipment-related issues.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and payment collection.
• Place orders with the purchase coordinator; coordinate with Finance for proper invoicing and payment follow-up.

Product Executive/Specialist – Soft Tissue Management - (615)

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services, identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction to maximize profits.
• Adhere to Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
• Market Knowledge: conduct market research to identify new potential customers; analyze market trends to identify new products and understand their advantages and disadvantages; assist with new product releases and events; maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, networking, benchmarking practices, and participating in professional societies.
• Business Development: establish contact with new customers, perform product demonstrations, gather feedback, follow up to negotiate contracts and packages, ensure contract details comply with rules and regulations; coordinate with Procurement & Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Marketing: coordinate with Marketing for materials; maintain relationships with existing customers; recommend new products and service improvements; provide product demonstrations and answer questions professionally and timely; negotiate contracts; uphold Zahrawi standards of service.
• Team contribution: help achieve annual targets and assist the team when needed.
• Operating Theatre support (if applicable): assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses and addressing equipment-related issues.
• Data Tracking: prepare reports, analyze data, and maintain accurate records of all products sold.
• Orders: place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator.
• Invoicing: coordinate with Finance for proper invoicing and follow up on collection/payment.
• Delivery: coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
• Application: conduct training sessions for customers; assist users with equipment; resolve issues customers face with the equipment.

Requirements

• Additional details: Candidates preferred to be based in UAE. Must have valid UAE driving license.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience related to wound care.
• Job Specific Skills: Good knowledge in wound care/surgical consumables.
