Job summary

Astra Tech is seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience of botim, a scalable, AI-native fintech platform used by millions. You will own end-to-end design across payments, wallets, onboarding, lending, and platform services, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Growth.

The role emphasizes delivering production-ready mobile and web interfaces with localization, RTL support, and strong design system contributions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, problem-solving, and measurable product impact.
• Experience designing in regulated or highly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own product work end to end, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Design user journeys for AI-driven fintech products including payments, wallets, onboarding, lending, and platform services.
• Translate product strategy, user needs, data, and compliance requirements into clear flows and high-quality UI.
• Own the product copy for the flows you design, including the Arabic version.
