Job summary

botim is a product by Astra Tech Group. We are seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience of botim, an AI-native fintech platform. You will design fintech journeys end to end in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Growth.

Translate regulatory and system complexity into intuitive flows, own product copy including Arabic, use AI design tools in Figma, contribute to the design system, and deliver production-ready work for mobile and web with RTL and localization.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, problem-solving, and measurable product impact (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer for digital consumer products.
• Experience designing in regulated or highly complex environments.
• Strong craft across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping in Figma.
• Working proficiency with AI design tools applied to real product work.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data, and Risk teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to articulate design decisions.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product work end to end from framing to launch and iteration.
• Design user journeys for AI-driven fintech products including payments, wallets, onboarding, lending, and platform services.
• Turn regulatory and system complexity into intuitive workflows with clear flows and UI.
• Own the product copy for the flows you design, including the Arabic version.
• Use AI as a core part of your workflow and bring results into Figma for systems and polish.
• Collaborate closely with engineers in agile teams, including rapid prototyping.
• Contribute to and evolve botim's design system to scale across products.
• Validate decisions with qualitative and quantitative signals and share work in reviews.
