Job summary

Network International is seeking a Product Governance Leader to strengthen compliance across its card and product portfolio and to drive the New Product Approval Process. You will translate card-scheme mandates into actionable product requirements, lead cross-functional governance, and advance automated, AI-enabled workflows.

The role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting card-scheme mandates and regulatory obligations and translating them into product/tech requirements.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional governance bodies involving Product, Tech, Risk, Operations and Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex obligations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Compliance Across the Portfolio with end-to-end governance.
• Identify non-compliance exposure early and coordinate mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Govern the NPAP process: chair Steering Committee and drive timely decisions to closure.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled governance to improve visibility, cycle time and accountability.
• Provide executive updates on compliance, delivery progress and business impact of delays.
