Job summary

Sokin seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the internal operations experience, including compliance, reporting, and transaction monitoring. You will craft a roadmap for the internal tools used by analysts, support, and operations to improve speed, accuracy and governance across global payments.

You will work with Platform Services, Data and Core Platform teams to ensure one source of truth, while expanding crypto compliance capabilities and Travel Rule support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, incl. internal/ops tooling, ideally in payments or banking.
• Experience in compliance operations: monitoring, sanctions and screening, case management, regulatory reporting.
• Ability to design for expert users and shadowing to improve workflows.
• Analytical and metrics-driven; measure impact in analyst minutes, errors and cases cleared.
• Comfortable collaborating with compliance, risk, legal and operations stakeholders.
• Owns roadmap and makes decisions without micromanagement; strong technical collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal operations experience for compliance, reporting and monitoring.
• Define the support and operations console as a single view for clients, payments, and cases.
• Own crypto compliance tooling: screening, Travel Rule data exchange and wallet monitoring.
• Run structured research with analysts, Support and Operations to identify pain points.
• Define and track metrics such as time from alert to decision and cases per analyst day.
• Collaborate with Platform Services and Data/Core Platform teams to unify data sources.
