Job summary

MoonTech is hiring a Product Analytics professional to drive data-driven decisions for brands and creators in a fast-growing environment. You will collaborate with PMs, data, and engineering to define tracking specs and modernize our analytics infrastructure.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, validating data quality, and linking product changes to revenue and retention. Strong SQL/Python skills and market experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics or data analysis.
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or performance-marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms and event tracking pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product analytics or data analysis
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or performance-marketing
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (specifically pandas)
• Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and event tracking pipelines
• Experience with modern BI or dashboarding tools
• AI-native workflow using LLMs and agents for queries and analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in influencer, affiliate, or performance-marketing analytics
• GCC or MENA market experience
• Experience configuring agentic analytics workflows
