Pipetec Solutions Manufacturing LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a procurement professional to manage end-to-end online bidding and tendering, source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for industrial pipes, valves, pumps and related equipment, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in procurement or sales engineering in the mechanical/industrial sector, with strong knowledge of bidding portals, contract management, and international shipping terms.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, tendering, or sales engineering within the mechanical/industrial sector.
• Deep familiarity with industrial pipes, bends, flanges, valves, pumps and related products.
• Experience with online bidding portals, tendering procedures, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and international shipping terms.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end online bidding and tendering processes.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for pipes, valves, pumps and related equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and international trade terms (Incoterms).
• Prepare competitive commercial and technical proposals.

Manage and oversee end-to-end online bidding and tendering processes
Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for industrial materials focusing on pipes valves pumps and related equipment
Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications
Coordinate shipping logistics and international trade terms Incoterms efficiently
Prepare competitive commercial and technical proposals
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in a same role (procurement, tendering, or sales engineering within the mechanical/industrial sector).
Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial pipes, Bends , flanges ,valves, pumps, and related Products.
Skills: Proven experience with online bidding portals, tendering procedures, and contract management.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards and international shipping terms.
