Job Purpose:
To manage procurement contracts and commercial activities for oil & gas projects ensuring cost-effective sourcing contract compliance and successful project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Finance Business Administration Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Specialist: 58 years of relevant experience.
• Senior Specialist: 812 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Experience:

• Civil Projects Procurement and contract management for construction infrastructure and maintenance projects.
• Finance Cost analysis budgeting commercial evaluations and financial assessments.
• Insurance Review of contractual insurance requirements risk mitigation and claims support.
• Audit Procurement compliance documentation control and audit support.
• PMC/EPC Projects Experience handling contracts and procurement activities within PMC and EPC environments.
• General Procurement End-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing tendering bid evaluation negotiation vendor management and contract administration.
