Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Dubai seeks a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager in Procurement for government sector transformation projects. You will drive sourcing, operating model design, and implementation while delivering high-quality client service across initiatives related to renewables and energy transition.

The role requires strong procurement experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement project experience in industry or consulting, preferably within procurement transformation or strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience with government entities, public sector, sovereign wealth funds, or government-led transformation programs.
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally with a Tier 1 consultancy or leading professional services firm.
• Outstanding academic record to at least Bachelor's degree level.
• Experience and passion for digital solutions and trends, Target Operating Model development, third-party spend management, renewables, or leading supply chain solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Contribute to thought leadership and improve project efficiency on assignments.
• Collaborate with teams to support procurement transformation and operating model initiatives.
