Job summary

AME Storage Solutions LLC in Ajman, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing, vendor coordination, and delivery documentation, working with suppliers, sales, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of UAE procurement experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Hindi, plus a UAE driving license. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 2 years UAE procurement experience (required).
• MS Excel/Office proficiency; strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and market.
• English and Hindi proficiency; UAE driving licence required; strong negotiation and communication skills; immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review BOQs and check warehouse stock before purchasing.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and coordinate approval of purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines and goods receiving.
• Coordinate with sales and site teams for smooth deliveries.
• Arrange transportation/outsourced drivers and negotiate charges.
• Ensure adequate labour/equipment for unloading at site.
• Prepare delivery notes, proforma invoices, and purchase documentation.
• Coordinate advance payments and supplier invoices with Finance.
