Job summary

AW Connect Recruitment is seeking an experienced procurement leader for an established interiors and property improvement business in Dubai. You will manage supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and project quotations, reporting to the General Manager to secure competitive terms and protect project margins.

You will lead procurement and estimating activities, coordinate orders, deliveries and payments, and drive cost-saving opportunities while maintaining standards and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in UAE fit-out or construction procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Established network of contractors and suppliers.
• Experience overseeing estimating and quotation preparation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing project requirements.
