Job summary

AW Connect is seeking an experienced procurement leader in the UAE to manage supplier relationships, procurement strategies, and project quotations within the interiors and property improvement sector.

The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on securing competitive terms, accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and healthy project margins across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in UAE fit-out or construction procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• An established network of contractors and suppliers.
• Experience overseeing estimating and quotation preparation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor and supplier selection, contracts and pricing agreements.
