Job summary

Keeta Drone in Dubai seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage day-to-day and project-based purchasing. You will source suppliers, evaluate quotes, negotiate terms and issue POs and contracts to support multiple projects.

This role requires coordinating with internal teams and Logistics to align procurement with delivery timelines, monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities across equipment, materials and services.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good commercial and cost-control awareness.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is an advantage.
• Construction/project procurement experience is an advantage.
• Organized, practical and able to manage multiple requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage PR, RFQ, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison and negotiation.
• Handle both recurring and project-based procurement across different categories.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, lead time & commercial terms.
• Prepare and coordinate POs, contracts and procurement documentation.
• Follow up supplier orders, production and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Logistics on delivery requirements, cargo information and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance, procurement costs and delivery status.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement risks.
• Maintain supplier database, procurement records and trackers.

Role Highlights

Responsible for managing day-to-day and project-based procurement activities, from sourcing and quotation evaluation through negotiation, supplier selection, PO/contract issuance and delivery follow-up.

The role will support a broad range of procurement categories, including equipment, materials, products, services and other business requirements, while working closely with internal teams and the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to ensure procurement and delivery are properly aligned.
