Job summary

Jw Turner Contracting LLC, affiliated with Paris Group, seeks a proactive Procurement cum Project Coordinator with document control experience to support high-end interior fit-out projects across the UAE. You will coordinate activities, manage documentation, and assist the team to ensure timely, quality delivery of works.

The role requires strong document control skills, excellent communication, and UAE-based availability for site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator with document control in the fit-out or interior contracting industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems e.g. Aconex, Primavera Contract Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• UAE experience and availability to travel to site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities.
• Maintain and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, method statements and approvals.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately filed.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients for communication and document control.
• Prepare and issue internal and external correspondences in line with project requirements.
• Ensure all project documents comply with company and client standards and are submitted through relevant platforms e.g. Aconex, Procore etc.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to track materials and site progress.
• Support the project manager in preparation of progress reports, MOMs and handover documentation.
• Attend site meetings, record minutes and follow up on action points.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper version control of all project documents.
