Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day activities on interior and fit-out projects. You will assist planning, monitoring and controlling tasks, coordinating with multiple teams and maintaining schedules and documents to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a UAE/GCC fit-out background, strong coordination and documentation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. On-site work in Dubai is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in fit‑out/interior projects.
• UAE/GCC fit-out experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, monitoring and controlling project activities.
• Coordinate with engineering procurement commercial finance and site teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain project schedules trackers action logs and progress reports.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables and deadlines and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
