As an Interior Architect – Site Project Coordinator, you will serve as the vital link between office-based project teams and on-site execution teams, ensuring that all technical, design, and construction activities remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, procurement activities, and construction schedules while proactively identifying and addressing potential project delays. Working on a variety of commercial and residential interior fit-out projects, you will collaborate closely with architects, designers, production teams, contractors, suppliers, and site engineers to maintain project quality and delivery timelines. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of interior fit-out project workflows and construction coordination processes.
• Daily proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and coordinating technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across office and site environments.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings accurately.
