Responsibilities

• Validate and manage all operational purchasing activities such as Purchase Requests, RFQs, Issuance of Purchase Orders.
• Monitor and expedite order book with suppliers meet their commitments in accordance with purchase orders.
• Ensure delivery discrepancies, returns, claims, supplier invoices are processed timely.
• Ensure all procurement related information is tracked and documented as per procedure.
• Ensures that appropriate documentation is provided to logistics/transportation & warehouse organization so that proper receipt is recorded.
• To maintain a good relationship with suppliers.
• Coordination with logistics for goods deliveries.
• Support and liaise on access formalities for supplier for material deliveries.
