Job summary

Fly One FZE in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with an aviation background to join our team. You will manage aircraft parts procurement, supplier evaluation, and purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience, aviation knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Aviation experience is highly preferred, particularly in aircraft maintenance or MRO.
• 2–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems.

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - AVIATION

Location: Sharjah

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with an aviation background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement and supplier management experience, preferably within the aviation or aircraft maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of aircraft parts, materials, tools, equipment, and general company requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain good supplier relationships.
• Request and compare quotations and ensure competitive pricing and suitable delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, Finance, and other departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Ensure purchased items meet required specifications, quality standards, and applicable aviation requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and documentation.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of urgent aircraft parts and materials.
• Assist in identifying reliable and cost-effective suppliers locally and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Aviation experience is highly preferred, particularly in aircraft maintenance, MRO, airline, or aviation support environments.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Knowledge of aviation parts, materials, tools, and aircraft maintenance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and procurement systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent procurement requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
