Job summary

BYNUNA in Abu Dhabi seeks a Purchasing Officer to manage supplier relationships, compare offers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will track orders, enter details into internal databases, monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse staff, and prepare cost analyses to strengthen procurement. Experience with procurement software and strong vendor sourcing, cost reporting, and supply chain understanding are essential for success in this role at BYNUNA Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Negotiation skills
• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
