Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Professional certification (CPSM, CPP, CPIM) preferred.
• 5–7 years in procurement, material management, or supply chain roles.
• 3+ years leading procurement or material management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and material management activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Develop strategies to optimise cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Oversee planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
• Manage supplier selection, evaluation, contract negotiations, and performance.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with production needs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and KPIs; prepare management reports.
• Lead and develop teams; promote continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Adhere to OHSE requirements and organisational policies.
