Job summary

Pickl in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for ingredients, packaging, and operations. You will source and onboard suppliers, manage POs, monitor inventory, and ensure timely restaurant deliveries to uphold quality and sustainability standards.

You will negotiate contracts, maintain procurement records, and work with operations, finance, and quality teams to optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills to manage sourcing, supplier selection, and ongoing performance oversight.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and maintain compliant, up-to-date agreements.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess costs, and support informed decision-making across the supply chain.
• Experience in food and beverage or hospitality procurement, particularly in fast-casual or quick-service environments, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in procurement.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different countries.
• Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems and strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Role Description

The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
