The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies that meet Pickl’s quality, cost, and sustainability standards. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and onboarding suppliers, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to restaurants. The role also oversees contract negotiation and contract management, maintains accurate procurement records, and collaborates with operations, finance, and quality teams to optimize supply chain efficiency. The Procurement Manager will track key procurement KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the brand’s regional expansion by securing reliable suppliers in existing and new markets.
