Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with Odoo ERP expertise to manage procurement, supplier relations, and cost control to ensure timely availability of materials.

You will handle RFQs, POs, vendor bills, supplier negotiations, and performance evaluation within the Odoo system, coordinating with Operations, Warehouse and Finance to avoid delays and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Admin
• Odoo ERP - Procurement Module is mandatory
• 2 years experience in automotive or technical industry is mandatory
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Must be currently in Dubai / UAE

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement operations in Odoo ERP
• Create & manage RFQs, Purchase Orders, Vendor Bills in Odoo
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain records in Odoo
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams via Odoo
• Monitor material availability and avoid operational delays
• Ensure compliance and maintain reports in Odoo
