Job summary

Masdar, a global clean energy leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement and Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end procurement for solar PV, wind and BESS packages across Masdar’s projects. The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, supplier management, and alignment with ESG standards.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in procurement within renewable energy, proven negotiation skills, and a strong ability to coordinate with engineering, legal, and project teams to meet aggressive

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of procurement and supply chain management experience.
Experience in renewable energy projects (utility-scale solar PV/Wind/BESS).
Proven track record in end-to-end sourcing, negotiations and contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement for solar, wind and BESS packages from RFP to PO administration.
Manage supply, O&M and long-term service agreements aligned with project schedules.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, and shipments for cost effectiveness.
Coordinate third-party QA and audits to ensure conformity to specs.
Drive supplier qualification programs and monitor performance for improvements.
