Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement and supply chain management.
• Experience in renewable energy projects (utility-scale solar/wind/BESS).
• End-to-end sourcing, negotiation and execution of contracts.
• OEM qualification, supplier audits and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for solar, wind and BESS packages from RFP/RFQ to PO and contract drafting.
• Manage supply, O&M and long-term service agreements to meet schedules and mitigate risks.
• Oversee logistics arrangements, routes, warehousing and shipments for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate third-party quality services and supplier audits to ensure compliance with specs.
• Execute qualification programs for PV/Wind/BESS components including localization needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, address non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts and governance-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance and project teams to align procurement.
• Provide regular updates to Head Supply Chain on status and improvements.
• Engage key suppliers and lead critical negotiations as needed.
