Job summary

NAFFCO Careers is seeking an Operations Engineer in Dubai to lead the technical execution of project portfolios within the product line. You will own the end-to-end project journey from production planning through quality inspection and final delivery, ensuring conformance to regulatory and client standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in operations, project engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in vehicle manufacturing or specialist vehicle sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of all assigned projects (15–20 active projects).
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules with production to align milestones and client delivery.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with production and procurement teams.
• Coordinate handover activities, client inspections, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
• Review technical docs and engineering drawings before production.
• Coordinate third‑party inspections and factory acceptance tests.
• Maintain complete project records and provide status updates.
