Job summary

BG Global is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination while ensuring cost efficiency, quality and timely delivery. The role demands strong negotiation, vendor management, and ERP familiarity, with a focus on international sourcing and UAE market norms.

The successful candidate will handle the full procurement lifecycle, drive cost savings, and collaborate with logistics, finance and operations to optimize P2P processes and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 35 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing/trading/equipment sectors.
• Knowledge of international sourcing and import procedures.
• Strong negotiation, Excel, and vendor management skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement from vendor sourcing and quotation evaluation to PO issuance and delivery tracking.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Coordinate import documentation and work with logistics, warehouse, and finance for smooth operations.
