Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for low current and ICT systems across multiple projects.
• Develop procurement plans and coordinate requisition schedules with internal teams.
• Issue request for quotations and evaluate vendor proposals for both engineered and non-engineered materials.
• Prepare purchase orders, rate agreements, and labour supply contracts with clear commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings.
• Ensure all procured materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, cost, or quality.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on order status and outstanding transactions.
• Support vendor development and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization through consolidated procurement strategies.
