Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of contract-related experience, including drafting, negotiation, and execution. You will work with Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud and Power BI for data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience with at least 3 years involvement in administering contracts.
• Proficient in contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
• Expertise in contract management and project Management software and tools such as Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud
• Proficiency in tender management systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI is preferred
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance supplier performance
• Oversee the procurement budget
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage supplier and service contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations efficiently.
• Establish and monitor procurement controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements.
• Analyze procurement data and report on cost trends, savings, and supplier performance metrics.
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and spend analysis.
