Job summary

LevelUP HCS in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Procurement Specialist for the defence sector to own full-cycle procurement from RFQ to PO issuance. You will use SAP Ariba for sourcing and supplier collaboration, and collaborate with engineering, quality and project teams to keep programmes on schedule.

The role focuses on driving cost savings and improving supplier performance; 5–6 years of procurement experience and UAE residency are preferred. Contract duration is 1–2 years via an outsourced agency.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
• An engineering degree or background.
• Defence, aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle procurement: RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation and PO issuance
• Use SAP Ariba for sourcing, contracts and supplier collaboration
• Work with engineering, quality and project teams to keep programmes on schedule
• Drive cost savings and stronger supplier performance
