Job summary

Winter Refrigeration in Dubai seeks an experienced Process Engineer with a strong Oil & Gas/Industrial Refrigeration background to join our engineering team.

You will develop PFDs, HMBs, and P&IDs, perform line sizing and hydraulic calculations, and size PSV. You will use HTRI and Aspen HYSYS for design and simulation, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience.
• Hands-on experience with HTRI.
• Experience in PSV calculation and selection.
• Ability to prepare PFD, HMB, and P&ID.
• Strong knowledge of process line sizing.
• Familiarity with PMS and material selection.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review PFDs, HMBs, and P&IDs.
• Perform process line sizing and hydraulic calculations.
• Carry out PSV sizing, calculations, and selection.
• Develop process engineering calculations and documents.
• Use HTRI for heat exchanger design and analysis.
• Utilize Aspen HYSYS for process simulation and analysis.
• Coordinate with mechanical, piping and other disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with project specs, codes and standards.
