Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or Minitab.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present findings to management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
