Job summary

PES Engineering Limited in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced process engineer to contribute to challenging energy projects. The role involves developing process simulations, heat and material balances, and design basis documentation on international energy projects.

You will review P&IDs, operate safeguarding diagrams, and perform complex flare and depressurization studies while coordinating with project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review process simulations and heat & material balances.
• Prepare Process Design Basis documentation.
• Perform flare relief and blowdown calculations.
• Develop and review P&IDs and process safeguarding diagrams.
• Prepare operating philosophies and operating manuals.
• Review equipment and instrument process datasheets.
• Conduct flare network and depressurization studies.
• Support multidisciplinary engineering activities and interface with project teams.
