Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive in Dubai to handle professional audio equipment and musical instruments within wholesale/retail/project operations. You will engage customers, use ERP for quotes and invoices, and support sales coordination.

The role requires ERP experience, Arabic language, and strong customer service with UAE experience. You will update display racks and assist various departments.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma required.
• Arabic speaker.
• Experience with Public Address Systems, Pro Audio, and Musical Instruments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE.
• ERP software experience (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, etc.).
• Excellent customer service: friendly, organized, empathetic & attentive.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Showroom sales role handling professional audio equipment and musical instruments.
• Shop sales executive responsibilities: customer-facing sales, ERP usage, invoicing, basic accounting tasks.
• Attend and track customers; assist with requirements and direct them to the correct person or department.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Use ERP system for entries, documentation, invoicing, and reports.
• Receive payments (various modes), invoice, and handle petty cash.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing posts and deliveries.
• Assist in sales coordination activities including report generation.
• Learn about new products and solutions.
• Arrange and maintain product display racks to keep products organized and presentable to customers.
