Job summary

Per Brick is working with a global investment firm in Abu Dhabi seeking an Associate to join a growing, high-calibre investment team. The role involves exposure to control stakes and co-investments across global transactions.

You will participate in origination, execution, and portfolio management, build and analyse financial models, and lead diligence workstreams while coordinating with management teams and investment partners.

Qualifications

• Experience on the buyside in private equity for a tier 1 firm is essential.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier university.
• Commercially minded with high professional standards and integrity.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle from origination to portfolio management.
• Building and analysing financial models to support investment decisions.
• Lead workstreams, including diligence processes, and coordinate with management teams and investment partners.
• Working alongside top-tier private equity firms and asset managers on co-investment opportunities.
