Job summary

Flynn and Chase is partnering with a leading global private equity manager to hire a Private Equity Associate in Abu Dhabi. The role offers exposure to live deals, rigorous LBO modelling, and direct interaction with senior partners on a lean investment team.

You will support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts and co-investments, build detailed financial models, and prepare memos and presentations while relocating to Abu Dhabi where relocation and visa support is provided for the right

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience at an elite investment bank M&A or top-tier private equity.
• Exceptional LBO modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong academic background from a leading university.
• Sharp commercial judgement and deal instinct.

Responsibilities

• Support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts, growth equity, direct investments and co-investments.
• Build and maintain detailed LBO, DCF and returns models; run scenario analyses.
• Lead due diligence on target companies across commercial, financial and operational dimensions.
• Prepare investment committee memos, deal materials and presentations.
• Work with senior investment professionals on live private equity transactions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support value-creation initiatives.
