Job summary

The Talents Nation is seeking a Private Chef in Dubai for a live-in role with a high-net-worth family. You will prepare fresh, multi-cuisine meals daily, respecting tastes, dietary needs and the family’s schedule.

Responsibilities include planning weekly menus, managing kitchen hygiene, stock and groceries, and coordinating with other household staff to ensure timely, well-presented meals. The role requires at least 3 years of cooking experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience, preferably including live-in work with VIP/private families in UAE/GCC.
• Capable of independently preparing Indian, Continental, Arabic, Asian and other cuisines.
• Plan daily meals, manage groceries, maintain hygiene, and follow family preferences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks per family tastes and schedules.
• Plan weekly multi-cuisine menus including healthy vegetarian options.
• Manage kitchen operations, hygiene, storage, inventory, and equipment safety.
• Create grocery lists, monitor stock, minimize waste, and coordinate with staff.

Job Description

• Daily Family Meal Preparation: Prepare fresh, authentic multi-cuisine breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks according to the family's tastes, dietary preferences, and meal schedules.
• Menu Planning & Culinary Variety: Plan weekly menus featuring multi-cuisine specialties, incorporating healthy, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options as required.
• Kitchen Management & Food Safety: Independently manage food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, proper ingredient storage, stock rotation and safe handling of cooking equipment.
• Grocery & Household Coordination: Prepare grocery lists, monitor food inventory, minimize wastage and coordinate with household staff to ensure timely, well-presented meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience, preferably including previous live-in employment with a VIP or affluent private family in the UAE/GCC.
• The candidate must be an experienced multi-cuisine chef, capable of independently preparing Indian, Continental, Arabic, Asian and other international dishes according to the family's preferences.
• Ability to plan and prepare daily meals without supervision, manage groceries, maintain hygiene and follow dietary instructions and family preferences.
• Good English communication, strong personal hygiene, reliability, discretion, flexibility with agreed family meal schedules and willingness to work in a live-in arrangement.
