Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

Supervise daily print production activities and allocate work among machine operators and production staff Ensure all production jobs are completed according to the production schedule and customer specifications Coordinate with the Sales Design and Pre-Press teams to maintain a smooth production workflow Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks Optimize machine utilization manpower allocation and overall production efficiency

Quality Control

Ensure all printed materials meet the company s quality standards and customer expectations Monitor color accuracy print quality finishing and adherence to production specifications Conduct regular quality inspections during and after production Investigate production defects identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions

Sales amp Customer Coordination

Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements delivery commitments and job priorities Review job orders before production to ensure specifications are complete accurate and technically feasible Provide realistic production timelines based on current production capacity Inform the Sales team promptly of any production delays material shortages or issues affecting delivery schedules Assist in evaluating production timelines and technical feasibility for customer quotations when required Support the Sales team in resolving production-related customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction

Team amp Process Management

Supervise and guide production staff to maintain productivity and quality standards Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and operational best practices Maintain accurate production records job status updates and quality reports Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce waste and improve overall productivity

Requirements

3 5 years of experience in print production or production supervision within the printing signage branding or advertising industry Strong knowledge of commercial printing processes digital and offset printing finishing and quality control Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production jobs simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office familiarity with print production software or ERP systems is an advantage Bachelor s degree diploma or equivalent technical qualification is preferred
