Detailed Job Description:

As a Printing Supervisor - Flexo supporting advanced packaging manufacturing at Al Bayader International in Sharjah, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of flexographic press shift operations, job scheduling, quality assurance, and workforce coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising press operators and ink technicians, monitoring print registration and color matching, troubleshooting complex print defects, managing ink inventory, and executing preventative maintenance coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day flexographic printing shift operations, job schedules, and press crew personnel.

• In-depth knowledge of packaging substrates, flexographic plate technologies, curing systems, and print defect analysis.
